JW GARDEN

Bringing Nature to the Skyline

The spirit of the JW Garden extends beyond the kitchen at Vincent's Skybar. It shapes the way we design experiences, create menus, and invite guests to connect with the natural world, even from eleven stories above downtown Dallas.

Raised Bed Gardens

Fresh herbs, edible flowers, and seasonal botanicals influence our cocktails and culinary offerings throughout the year, while our rooftop terrace provides an unexpected urban oasis overlooking the Arts District.

Garden Mural
AN INFUSION OF LOCAL ART

Our Garden Mural

At the heart of the experience is a custom mural by Dallas artist Chera Brooker. Inspired by the native beauty of Texas, the artwork celebrates bluebonnets, purple coneflowers, milkweed, monarch butterflies, ruby-throated hummingbirds, American bumble bees, and other local flora and pollinators.

Together, the mural and surrounding greenery blur the line between city and garden, creating a destination that feels restorative, vibrant, and unmistakably local.

Pollinators in Flight

Monarch butterflies and ruby-throated hummingbirds weave through the mural, representing the pollinators that play a vital role in Texas' natural environment. Their movement and energy bring a sense of wonder to the artwork while reinforcing our connection to the outdoors.
